Peer Advisor- The Movement Enrichment Program (San Diego)

About the Role- We are The Movement!

Peer Advisors for The Movement Enrichment Program (a branch of NCRF) work with elementary, middle, and high school students to improve their academic performance, while guiding them towards positive post-secondary pursuits. What sets this program apart from most other educational initiatives is what we call “comprehensive intervention,” which includes, most notably, onsite, and holistic in-class support for students. This approach includes, but is not limited to, mentoring, academic tutoring, socioemotional support and college and career planning.

Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Pay: $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience
