This role is perfect for California Dream Act students who have Cal Grant A and meet the eligibility for Cal Grant B. The intern will assist with outreach efforts, workshop presentations, and compiling scholarship information opportunities, among other tasks. The inten will be paid through the California Student Aid Commission.

What is The Movement Enrichment Program?

The Movement Enrichment Program is an initiative which confronts the disparities in the educational system, workforce, and economic deficiencies. We work with elementary, middle, and high school students to improve their academic performance, while guiding students towards positive post-secondary pursuits. We provide “comprehensive intervention,” which includes, most notably, on-site and holistic school visits. On site we assist students, parents, and school personnel in student mentoring & counseling, tutoring, student athletes and college & career planning. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference!
