National College Resources Foundation's mission is to curtail high school dropout rate and increase enrollment to degree or certification programs among underserved, underrepresented, aspiring, low resource and homeless and foster students. Our vision is to close the gap in achievement, workforce and economic disparities with the goal to end racism and racial inequalities.

We are seeking a dedicated Peer Advisor to support students in their academic, career, and personal development. In this role, the Peer Advisor will serve as a knowledgeable and approachable mentor, guiding students through the academic year and/or summer session. The Peer Advisor will play a key role in connecting students with essential academic support services, teaching them how to utilize these resources and relevant technology. Additionally, the Peer Advisor will encourage informed, fact-based decision-making to empower students in achieving their goals.

The Site Support Specialist will enhance student access to academic support services, ensure their team is properly supported, and maintain strong communication with the Program Coordinator.

W- 9:00am-2:45pm
Th- 12:45pm- 4:00pm
F- 9:00am-2:45pm
