National College Resources Foundation (NCRF) is a nonprofit educational enhancement organization. National College Resources Foundation's mission is to curtail high school dropout rate and increase enrollment to degree or certification programs among underserved, underrepresented, aspiring, low resource and homeless and foster students. Our vision is to close the gap in achievement, workforce and economic disparities with the goal to end racism and racial inequalities.
