Site Support Specialist (PUSD)

SITE SUPPORT SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking, taking initiative,  and commitment to follow through on tasks.

  • Maintain strong communication with Site Lead

  • Evaluate program outcomes and analyze its effectiveness; Report and provide solutions to the management team in order to meet student needs.

  • Must have strong communication skills and promptly reply to emails or  messages.

  • Collaborate with NCRF departments and District partners.

  • Must be knowledgeable with Google Suite, PDF, and other programs used by the organization. 

  • Attend team meetings as well as attend  mandatory training, conferences, and seminars set by the organization or partners.

  • Practice ethical and professional standards of conduct, including the requirements of

confidentiality regarding student and personnel information. Understand and provide strong customer service skills. 

  • Demonstrate   professionalism through punctuality and have consistent, reliable attendance. Comply with all NCRF and district policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of school operation and ability to relate effectively to students, staff, and parents.

  • Fulfill the job responsibility for each site entails.


  • Train Peer Advisors along with keeping staff updated on any new material. 

  • Host weekly team meetings with Peer Advisors.

  • Look at student goals, opportunities that can be achieved, advanced placement, credit recovery, online coursework, daily instruction, and mentoring. (Caseloads)

  • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members.

  • Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Organize and/or participate in after-hours events including but not limited to: senior activities, financial aid, college and career planning, senior awards, curriculum night, high school and middle school parent night.

  • Collect and analyze data to gauge students' success as well as submit monthly reports to the data team.

  • Have reliable transportation, internet, and computer access.

  • Adding more of HR, admin, supervisor responsibilities

  • Other duties as assigned.


Pay Rate: Hourly

$25.50-$27.50
